Capacitance - Nema 4 IIG - Hanging Probes
This flexible cable extension probe is designed for high, mid, or low-level detection when it is necessary to top mount the sensor. It is also very effective in aggregates, coal, or other lump materials that might damage a rigid probe. The extension is available in shielded bare (maximum length 35 feet) and shielded Teflon-coated (maximum length 25 feet) cable contact HEI if you need this type for your application. The cable can be cut to the desired length in the field. Both feature PRO-Shield protection against false readings caused by coating or buildup. The shielded bare cable extension probe allows for mounting in a standoff pipe or nozzle. The shielded Teflon-sleeved cable extension should be used in applications where conductive material like most liquids may leave a residue on the probe.
The BM65 provides automatic point level indication of free-flowing dry materials and can be used in environments where there is a risk of combustible dust. UL Class II, Groups E, F, & G explosion-proof certified, this diaphgragm switch for hazardous locations can be installed to detect high, intermediate, and low levels.
Rotarty Paddle Switch
The BRMX rotary paddle bin level indicator provides reliable point level detection and measurement of dry bulk solids in bins, tanks, silos, hoppers, and material conveyors. Mounted on the top or side of a bin, the BinMaster BMRX alerts operators when bins are full normally through the use of a horn or light. The BMRX features “de-energized” operation of the motor which shuts the motor down when material is present, saving energy costs and prolonging the motor life. It is CE approved and is appropriate for use in hazardous conditions when explosion proof protection is needed–featuring Class I, Groups C and D, Class II E, F, and G listings.
Suitable for both top and side mount applications and ideal for a wide variety of dry and bulk powder materials, the VR-21 has optional hazardous location approvals to CSA standards for Class II, Division I, Groups E, F, and G in the US and Canada. It features three sensitivity adjustments–high for light and fluffy materials, medium, and low for heavier materials or materials that may tend to cling to the vibrating rod.
Vibrating Hanging Cable Sensor - Nema 4
The VR-51 extended vibrating rod uses a steel-rope reinforced cable and allows for insertion lengths from 19 inches up to 19 feet. This vibrating rod with a flexible extension is custom manufactured to the desired length specification at the BinMaster factory. The VR-51 is intended for top mount applications and can be used to detect materials that are heavy, medium, or light weight including those which are extremely light and fluffy.
The Flow Detect 2000 is a reliable, non-intrusive instrument for the detection of solids flow or no flow in various applications in the material handling industry. It prevents downtime caused by blockage, conveyors running empty, no material flow to and from a process or loose slide gates that can cause production loss and equipment failure.
Helps Prevent cross Contamination
Single piece design eliminates separate controller
Detects solids, granule, pellets, meals & powders
No contact with the material flow stream
Hazardous location approvals available
Sensor Mounting Plate
The heavy duty, metal jacketed model with a robust stainless steel flange is available with a 10 degree swivel 4” to 8“ flange, a zero degree mounting plate for flat roofs, or 30 degree mounting flange for angled roofs.
